Do your best, and forget the rest!
God does not want us to depend on Him for everything!
He is a loving Father & teacher! And just like an earthly father, He wants to teach us so we can do what we can do!
Sometimes we have all the tools and materials to make a decision but are too timid to do so. God wants us to be decision makers.
Sometimes God is silent because He has given us all that we need for that decision. He has revealed in scripture through a multitude of teaching that, if led by the Holy Spirit, one would have answers for the masses of questions that arise!
Also, sometimes He allows us to make mistakes because we need refining in certain areas.
He is always there and He always hears!
The most important thing to remember is that everything He allows is for our perfection in righteousness.
MAY THE LORD RICHLY BLESS YOU IN YOUR DECISION MAKING!!!
